Pale straw yellow colour. In nose it emphasizes the tropical fruits, melon, green apple.
Cedar resin notes. A very elegant minerality is perceived.
In the mouth it is fleshy, round, subtly sweet, ample and very balanced. It has a final mild bitterness that confers personality.
Fatty fish, sausages, cured cheeses and vegetable creams.
OPTA
His label presents the soil from which it comes, layers of limestone that alternate with clay, and in between, lapis specularis, or what is the same, crystallized plaster, typical of Alcarria. It is a very versatile wine, easy to drink for any occasion. The younger brother of the family, but with the mineral imprint of the rest of the Calzadilla family.

Ruby red colour. The nose, very intense, describes aromas of black berries, jam, touches of milk, vanilla, tobacco, all wrapped in a balsamic background. Mineral, aromatic plants, wet earth. On the palate, the unctuousness and the still lively, balanced tannin stand out. Long and expressive finish.
It goes well with winter stews and any dish seasoned with mushrooms.
Allegro
Allegro is a wine as its name says: musical… a pleasure for our senses. A syrah that surprises with its freshness and joy. It has a lot of nerve, but we couldn’t expect less, since it was born at 1000 m altitude, in poor soil and with adverse climatic conditions.

Medium-bodied cherry red with violet reflections. Complex nose, with red fruits in liquor, cherry, redcurrant, blueberry, coffee bean, dark chocolate, earthy notes. In mouth it has a very voluminous entry, with a firm but polished tannin, unctuous and elegant. Persistent, and a finish with a hint of spice and black fruit.
Bull’s tail, stewed meats, rice soups, or with chocolate desserts.
